Surrounded by a bucolic one-hectare park, the ancestral house overlooks the Dessoubre valley, offering a view that will dispel any gloomy thoughts for anyone who comes to rest in its embrace.
Animal lovers Come meet them
Animal lovers, enjoy cuddling our affectionate furry companions who enjoy the beauty of our garden to live their best lives. Almost all of our animals are rescues, which is our priority, in partnership with several associations, L'Arche de Cathy, CVSB and Animals Rescue. They are here at home for life, adopted and loved with their characteristics and disabilities. Access to the animal park is unlimited for our guests staying at the estate.The park is open to the public at set times with ticket fee on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. During these opening hours, our guests can enjoy complete peace and privacy on a magnificent outdoor terrace with dedicated access to the house.

Les Rochaules… it’s the story of a house, a soul, a culture, and a desire to share. It’s the culmination of a dream: to offer you an enchanting place and a journey into Celtic tales amidst the animals. Coming to the Domaine means being pampered by Jonas and Céline.
Jonas, our master crêpe maker, trained at the Rennes culinary school and a veterinary assistant by training, delights your taste buds and your eyes, both on your plate and as you explore the Domaine. Céline, a veterinarian based in Mathay, sprinkles your arrival and stay with thoughtful touches from behind the scenes.
